International Partnerships
We operate as a cross-border organisation by design — an LLP in India and a subsidiary in England & Wales — because the technology and the people who can deploy it rarely sit in the same country.
Sustainability problems do not respect jurisdictions, and neither do the governments and technology owners who need to coordinate to solve them. Our international structure exists to make that coordination practical rather than aspirational.
What this covers
- Cross-border project structuring — aligning partners across jurisdictions with different regulatory and procurement environments.
- Bilateral coordination — connecting government, industry and research counterparts across our India and UK operations, and building relationships with counterparts beyond them.
- Local presence, global reach — a genuine operating entity in each jurisdiction we work in, not a representative office.
Our structure
Sustainability Holdings LLP is registered in India; Sustainability Holdings Limited, its wholly-owned subsidiary, is registered in England & Wales, established in 2018 to extend delivery and partnerships across Europe.
